about the routine

The mobility routine helps you improve your potential flexibility, especially in the upper body.

We recommend for beginners: 2-4 times a week.
Experienced athletes: 1 - 2 times a day. In the morning to start the day and after surfing in the evening.

You can increase intensity by staying in each exercise for more than 4-5 breaths or doing the routine more often during the week.
